My Role

  • Challenges
    Managing inventory was a major challenge, as businesses had difficulty tracking plant stock, leading to over-purchasing, shortages, and inefficient procurement. Maintenance scheduling was also disorganized, making meeting client needs and ensuring timely service difficult. These inefficiencies resulted in wasted time and resources, making it difficult for businesses to operate smoothly, meet deadlines, and maintain profitability.

    Landscaping businesses lacked an efficient system to manage client interactions, project planning, and inventory tracking. Miscommunication often occurred because client preferences were not properly recorded, leading to unclear requests and inconsistent project outcomes. Additionally, estimating project costs was challenging, making it difficult for businesses to stay within budget and account for seasonal plant price fluctuations. Without a structured process, landscapers struggled to deliver high-quality, consistent services.

Our primary users are landscaping business owners & Managers who need an efficient way to manage client requests, estimate project costs, and track plant inventory. They often struggle with miscommunication, budgeting issues, and inventory mismanagement, leading to delays and dissatisfied clients.
